But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romeo Txaran couldn't finish the play. Limache AFC's Laureano Gamus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Orland in the 25th minute of play. Romeo Txaran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Inocencio Odon in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leopoldo Tiniebra saved Borussian Tatu from getting behind. If Clemente Elazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Clemente Elazar made the kick off in the second half. Laureano Gamus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Orland in the 58th minute of the match. Nicolas Orland scored 1-2 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Laureano Gamus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Romeo Txaran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Laureano Gamus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leopoldo Tiniebra was left in no man's land by his defense there! Laureano Gamus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Orland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romeo Txaran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Laureano Gamus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Limache AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
