When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Paulino Manex sped through Balderrama's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Domingos Mero. After a rather tough play, Balderrama's Alfonso Dolfos got a free kick in the 18th minute. Albino Baladi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Domingos Mero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miguel Edwardo lost his temper 24 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 59 minutes, Fernando Santos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sayate AFC and the Balderrama players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Balderrama booed when Sayate AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nemesio Laurin in the 62nd minute of play forced Balderrama's goalkeeper Domingos Mero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulino Manex recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Domingos Mero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albino Baladi in the 65th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Paulino Manex ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Domingos Mero was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Domingos Mero came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Sayate AFC's Nemesio Laurin. But to his dismay, Nemesio Laurin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Domingos Mero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albino Baladi in the 78th minute of the match.
