Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) FC Vencedores's Celso Sanchez started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Paolo Arano came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Romero FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paolo Arano couldn't finish the play. If Flavio Gartzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquin Lamberto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Juan Piorno when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jonas Salvino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Gartzi in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, FC Vencedores's Celso Sanchez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juan Piorno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 35 minutes, Flavio Gartzi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Romero FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavio Gartzi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 37 minutes into the game, Paolo Arano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jonas Salvino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 41 minutes, Saturnino Teodor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Romero FC and the FC Vencedores players grew even worse after the yellow card. Saturnino Teodor kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. FC Vencedores's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gaston Pacorro in the 44th minute. After the first half Romero FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Flavio Gartzi made a kick off. A collision led to FC Vencedores getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Julian Malvin hit a great ball. If Joaquin Lamberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Piorno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Lamberto in the 65th minute of play. Romero FC's Juan Piorno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Lamberto in the 66th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paolo Arano got free with Jonas Salvino in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Flavio Gartzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Jonas Salvino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Celso Sanchez managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Vencedores's supporters rose to their feet, but Celso Sanchez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Piorno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paolo Arano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Salvino having to interfere. A collision led to FC Vencedores getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Roberto Peli hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Celso Sanchez in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Piorno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paolo Arano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Jonas Salvino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to FC Vencedores getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Julian Malvin hit a great ball. When Paolo Arano, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 88 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Jonas Salvino was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Jonas Salvino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paolo Arano in the 90th minute. Placido Conrao might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonas Salvino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Placido Conrao ran back to his position shaking his head. Flavio Gartzi kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Romero FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
