Luciano Bartuelo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Dalmacio Idacio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 23 minutes into the match, Dennehy AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Jerico came free, but Arnaldo Virila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atlético Mendobus's Dalmacio Idacio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Mendobus from getting a goal against them. Clodoveo Jerico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Arnaldo Virila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Clodoveo Jerico fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Arnaldo Virila, passed just outside the right post. Dalmacio Idacio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melquiades Henric in the 86th minute of the match. Melquiades Henric recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Atlético Mendobus had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
