Evelio Charro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fernando Pedroso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Ramos in the 8th minute of play. Hermengildo Paio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hermengildo Paio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evelio Charro having to interfere. Waxton's Evelio Charro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Domiku in the 23rd minute of play. Kaiken FC's Fernando Pedroso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleto Ramos in the 26th minute of play. Kaiken FC's Rene Inocente got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hermengildo Paio might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Evelio Charro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hermengildo Paio ran back to his position shaking his head. Erasmo Domiku received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Evelio Charro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kaiken FC's Cornelio Eriz quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Erubiel Montes, made in the 38th minute of the game. With a little luck, Waxton's Evelio Charro got control of the ball when Hermengildo Paio tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Cleto Ramos made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Kaiken FC booed when Waxton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erubiel Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Evelio Charro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hermengildo Paio's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ubaldo Abascal got free with Fernando Pedroso in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fernando Pedroso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleto Ramos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute of the match Waxton got a corner. When Casimiro Rufio fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Waxton's protests and gave Casimiro Rufio a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Waxton getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Casimiro Rufio hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Abascal in the 76th minute of play forced Kaiken FC's goalkeeper Fernando Pedroso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kaiken FC's Fernando Pedroso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Kaiken FC from getting a goal against them. In the 95th minute, Hermengildo Paio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kaiken FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
