Jonatan Cordarin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Henric, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Melquiades Henric took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonatan Cordarin. Jonatan Cordarin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A collision led to Dennehy AFC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Emilio Maureo hit a great ball. Virgilio Ciceron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Arnaldo Virila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Ragnar FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Mario Erroman hit a great ball. Dennehy AFC's Arnaldo Virila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Ciceron in the 21st minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Virgilio Ciceron dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arnaldo Virila, 1-1. When Gogo Dalmu came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Ragnar FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gogo Dalmu couldn't finish the play. After having played for 43 minutes, Virgilio Ciceron managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ragnar FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgilio Ciceron was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute, Virgilio Ciceron fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Arnaldo Virila, passed just outside the right post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Virgilio Ciceron to make the kick off. Ubaldo Gonchan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A hard shot 54 in the game by Luciano Bartuelo from a close distance when the talented Jonatan Cordarin managed to make a qualified save. Ragnar FC's players were relieved. Virgilio Ciceron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gogo Dalmu came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Ragnar FC fans jumped to their feet. Candido Roldanillo charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Candido Roldanillo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Virgilio Ciceron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Virila having to interfere. Gogo Dalmu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Virgilio Ciceron recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ragnar FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
