Clodoveo Jerico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Raimundo Valerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dalmacio Idacio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marciano Nikola, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 13th minute, Baldomero Dayam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arturo Santikurtz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Dalmacio Idacio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Berros's Dalmacio Idacio threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marciano Nikola, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Romeo Lizardi charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romeo Lizardi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Atlético Mendobus getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Romeo Lizardi hit a great ball. Marciano Nikola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th match minute, Berros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uriel Sotil to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute, Arturo Santikurtz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Berros fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Marciano Nikola struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Dalmacio Idacio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Berros. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

After 52 minutes, Arturo Santikurtz made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Atlético Mendobus's Dalmacio Idacio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 55thth minute of the game Marciano Nikola who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlético Mendobus's Dalmacio Idacio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Laureano Ofelio kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After 63 minutes Atlético Mendobus's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Filiberto Gaxan who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Filiberto Gaxan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Atlético Mendobus's Dalmacio Idacio did a great save. Marciano Nikola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dalmacio Idacio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marciano Nikola, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arturo Santikurtz in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dalmacio Idacio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Berros had played much better football throughout.
