Spectators: 6509 (Terracing: 5509, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Teofilo Ariando took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Ariando in the 3rd minute of play forced Furnarius Rufus's goalkeeper Artemio Gerazan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 3 minutes into the match, Teofilo Ariando notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Furnarius Rufus's Artemio Gerazan. Artemio Gerazan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Astor Francis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uturango's supporters rose to their feet, but Astor Francis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artemio Gerazan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Furnarius Rufus's Hernan Tonio in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uturango's goalie prevented a goal. Ubaldo Faron recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Furnarius Rufus's Rosendo Cordareo got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rosendo Cordareo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Aquilino Hermelando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ubaldo Faron's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aquilino Hermelando was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Ubaldo Faron managed to get in a good position for a shot. Furnarius Rufus's supporters rose to their feet, but Ubaldo Faron was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 21stth minute of the game Ubaldo Faron who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uturango's Aquilino Hermelando was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Americo Cisco's late challenge caught a Furnarius Rufus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Americo Cisco helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th minute, Rosendo Cordareo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Artemio Gerazan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilo Ariando in the 28th minute of the match. Rosendo Cordareo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ubaldo Faron to strike the kick off in the second half. Hernan Tonio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Ubaldo Faron came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Furnarius Rufus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ubaldo Faron couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rosendo Cordareo in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aquilino Hermelando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aquilino Hermelando didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hernan Tonio went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Hernan Tonio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aquilino Hermelando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Faron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hernan Tonio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Hermelando having to interfere. Uturango's Aquilino Hermelando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Faron in the 76th minute of play. The supporters of Furnarius Rufus booed when Uturango was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Montez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teofilo Ariando kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 80thth minute of the game Ubaldo Faron who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uturango's Aquilino Hermelando was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Ubaldo Faron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ubaldo Faron recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Furnarius Rufus booed when Uturango was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Montez didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ubaldo Faron in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquilino Hermelando saved Uturango from getting behind. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Furnarius Rufus had played much better football throughout.
