Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mauro Macario made the kick off which started today's match. Siro Aimar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Ibañez having to interfere. Ciro Ibañez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siro Aimar in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Eusebio Abalos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciro Ibañez. Ñoqueve's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eusebio Abalos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Ciro Ibañez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Abalos, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Belgrano's Ulises Aznaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Fagildo in the 14th minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Eusebio Abalos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ciro Ibañez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Evaristo Orlan took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ciro Ibañez. Ciro Ibañez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 36th match minute, Belgrano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ayman Abdul Baqi to maneuver through the defense. Evaristo Orlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Ciro Ibañez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 43 minutes of play, Belgrano's Evaristo Orlan made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ciro Ibañez was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evaristo Orlan was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Evaristo Orlan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Belgrano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Ciro Ibañez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebio Abalos in the 58th minute of the match. Ulises Aznaro came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Ñoqueve's Mauro Macario. But to his dismay, Mauro Macario quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Ciro Ibañez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Abalos in the 69th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Siro Aimar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciro Ibañez was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. In the 73rd minute Diego Bilbo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Aznaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Diego Bilbo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciro Ibañez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Abalos, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After a rather tough play, Ñoqueve's Jose Abadia got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Eusebio Abalos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Ciro Ibañez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evaristo Orlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ayman Abdul Baqi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Ciro Ibañez made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Ñoqueve's zone, Evaristo Orlan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciro Ibañez came out of the goal and Evaristo Orlan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Jose Abadia fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ñoqueve's protests and gave Jose Abadia a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th match minute, Ñoqueve was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Abadia to maneuver through the defense. Ciro Ibañez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Evaristo Orlan went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-7 was the resulting score. The Ñoqueve fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Belgrano were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
