Obraje FC's Alejo Ostargi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregorio Viviano in the 19th minute of play. Adrian Pierres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flavio Venceslao in the 21st minute. If Cosme Maria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrian Pierres came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Obraje FC's Flavio Venceslao. But to his dismay, Flavio Venceslao quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Alejo Ostargi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorio Viviano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Fermin Loramendi fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored InterSTOTO's protests and gave Fermin Loramendi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to InterSTOTO getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Fermin Loramendi hit a great ball. Gilberto Maraman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Adrian Pierres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gregorio Viviano was the one to do the kick off. Alejo Ostargi came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by InterSTOTO's Inocencio Gonsalvo. But to his dismay, Inocencio Gonsalvo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Alejo Ostargi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorio Viviano in the 57th minute of the match. If Gilberto Maraman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dario Quinto hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregorio Viviano in the 80th minute of play forced Obraje FC's goalkeeper Alejo Ostargi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Flavio Venceslao managed to get in a good position for a shot. Obraje FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavio Venceslao was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrian Pierres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 88 minutes, Gregorio Viviano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. InterSTOTO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gregorio Viviano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
