After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Nereo Urre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sanford AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nereo Urre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denis Bieito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcial Santxol stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Denis Bieito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nereo Urre in the 55th minute. Denis Bieito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roberto Walme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcial Santxol, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After 85 played minutes Sanford AFC got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Kemen. Sanford AFC's Roberto Walme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Gines in the 87th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Esteban Gines had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roberto Walme.
