The audience was convinced that Joaquin Maore's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ubaldo Martxel was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Iker Montel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Cresconio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Laureano Balesio hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Ubaldo Martxel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Maore in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Iker Montel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Cresconio. Tellier FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iker Montel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Iker Montel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guadalupe Juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Iker Montel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Cresconio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 30 minutes into the game, Aquiles Ixaka was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tellier FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guadalupe Juniors the free kick. A collision led to Tellier FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Aquiles Ixaka hit a great ball. Joaquin Maore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubaldo Martxel having to interfere. Tellier FC's Daniel Cresconio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Tellier FC from getting a goal against them. 44 minutes into the match, Tellier FC's Maximiliano Cordero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ubaldo Martxel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Iker Montel made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Joaquin Maore managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tellier FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Joaquin Maore was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ubaldo Martxel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joaquin Maore had several of the Guadalupe Juniors's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 62 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Ubaldo Martxel as he didn't even see the shot coming. A collision led to Guadalupe Juniors getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Teo Oihenarte hit a great ball. 66 minutes into the match, Guadalupe Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Maore came free, but Ubaldo Martxel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guadalupe Juniors's Segundo Domiku couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 70th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Tellier FC. After a rather tough play, Tellier FC's Laureano Balesio got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After recieving a nice pass, Guadalupe Juniors's Segundo Domiku tried to score from far away in the 73rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Tellier FC's Daniel Cresconio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Montel in the 81st minute of play. Daniel Cresconio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iker Montel, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. After 94 played minutes Guadalupe Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Teo Oihenarte.
