The Marco Ponciano was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Vase Linaa put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Marco Ponciano. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernan Burni in the 24th minute of play forced Tapas Athletic Club's goalkeeper Vilmos Zombori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tapas Athletic Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vase Linaa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marco Ponciano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chucky Telechea, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vase Linaa made a kick off. Hugo Mambru kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Marco Ponciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vase Linaa in the 56th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Menucos's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Markel came free, but Marco Ponciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Ponciano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vase Linaa's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Jorge Gonsalve could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Vilmos Zombori made a huge save. Vilmos Zombori made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jorge Gonsalve in the 65th minute. In the 79th minute, Tapas Athletic Club's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fernan Burni fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the last second Vilmos Zombori throw himself and got hold of the ball when Fernan Burni in the 82ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Vase Linaa put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Marco Ponciano. Chucky Telechea scored 6-1 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marco Ponciano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 94 minutes into the match, Vase Linaa notched a goal, 7-1, to the right of Menucos's Marco Ponciano. Marco Ponciano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There was no doubt that Tapas Athletic Club were the better team. Tapas Athletic Club's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
