An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximino Dino in the 6th minute of play forced Meluch FC's goalkeeper Leon Asur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evaristo Normando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Karlo having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Ubajay's Maximino Dino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leon Asur narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 22 played minutes Meluch FC got a freekick which was hit by Cleto Martxot. Meluch FC were furious when Eliseo Christobal was red carded, 25 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The supporters of Ubajay booed when Meluch FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Christobal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Narciso Ekaitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Amadeo Locaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute Maximino Dino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Asur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Meluch FC's Leon Asur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Dino in the 40th minute of play. Anacleto Mouricio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amadeo Locaio might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leon Asur. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amadeo Locaio ran back to his position shaking his head. Maximino Dino scored 0-1 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leon Asur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 49th minute Maximino Dino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Asur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Francisco Manny charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Francisco Manny the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Francisco Manny hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After 55 played minutes Meluch FC got a freekick which was hit by Cleto Martxot. In the 60th minute Maximino Dino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Asur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Ubajay's Maximino Dino ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Leon Asur. Leon Asur yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Anacleto Mouricio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roque Karlo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Mouricio in the 72nd minute of the match. Maximino Dino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Asur having to interfere. Cleto Martxot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Karlo having to interfere. Esteban Matai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Roque Karlo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Meluch FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Manny was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roque Karlo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leon Asur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amadeo Locaio in the 95th minute. Cleto Martxot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Roque Karlo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Meluch FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Ubajay to win.
