The supporters of Almagro booed when C.A. JCC Cobos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Sauveur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marco Etxepare kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Oscar Vincente sped through Almagro's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jorge Gonzo. Flavio Palos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Justin in the 15th minute of play. Jorge Gonzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Shantala in the 17th minute of the match. Marco Etxepare's late challenge caught a C.A. JCC Cobos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marco Etxepare helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Almagro's Marco Etxepare got a free kick in the 23rd minute. If Oscar Vincente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 28 played minutes C.A. JCC Cobos got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Sauveur. Nicasio Clementi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Artemio Maties in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Flavio Palos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a defensive mix-up in C.A. JCC Cobos's zone, Emanuel Justin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavio Palos came out of the goal and Emanuel Justin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Almagro's Jorge Gonzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Vincente in the 40th minute of play. Nicasio Clementi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Flavio Palos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flavio Palos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Justin, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emanuel Justin to strike the kick off in the second half. Flavio Palos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Justin in the 52nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ciro Sauveur during the 54th minute. But to his dismay, Emanuel Justin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 67th match minute, C.A. JCC Cobos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Meder to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oscar Vincente got free with Jorge Gonzo in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nicasio Clementi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Flavio Palos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Shantala in the 74th minute of play forced Almagro's goalkeeper Jorge Gonzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oscar Vincente blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorge Gonzo having to make a save. C.A. JCC Cobos's Flavio Palos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Justin in the 80th minute of play. Almagro's Emanuel Justin got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Flavio Palos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicasio Clementi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
