The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Humberto Santio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A. JCC Cobos's goalkeeper Flavio Palos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 57th minute, Oscar Vincente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Humberto Santio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Flavio Palos was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Humberto Santio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Flavio Palos. That made the score 1-2 in the 78 minute of play. Humberto Santio struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Flavio Palos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trampa AFC. After 88 minutes, Humberto Santio made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. C.A. JCC Cobos's Flavio Palos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Humberto Santio scored 1-4 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavio Palos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
