Spectators: 7229 (Terracing: 5423, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Epifanio Vito kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the game, Emiliano Intxixu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Tadeo Errolan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fernando Ariando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 14 minutes into the match, DEFENSORES DE BELGRANO's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Vito came free, but Luciano Jokin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, Diego Locaio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Nikola was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 20th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Danilo Niguel kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd match minute, Zapala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danilo Niguel to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 24 minutes, Fernando Ariando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DEFENSORES DE BELGRANO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernando Ariando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 26 minutes into the game, Lisandro Gora was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zapala's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DEFENSORES DE BELGRANO the free kick. A collision led to Zapala getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Lisandro Gora hit a great ball. Luciano Jokin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacobo Odon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zapala were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after DEFENSORES DE BELGRANO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dante Nikola took the corner. Vladimiro Dolfos kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Emiliano Intxixu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hipolito Lluc kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. A collision led to Zapala getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Ciriaco Savier hit a great ball. Fernando Ariando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeo Errolan having to interfere.

When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Emiliano Intxixu put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tadeo Errolan. Tadeo Errolan came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by DEFENSORES DE BELGRANO's Emiliano Intxixu. But to his dismay, Emiliano Intxixu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Jacobo Odon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Jokin having to interfere. After 65 played minutes DEFENSORES DE BELGRANO got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Jokin. In the 66th minute Epifanio Vito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luciano Jokin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernando Ariando might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tadeo Errolan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernando Ariando ran back to his position shaking his head. Tadeo Errolan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Ariando in the 72nd minute of play. If Fernando Ariando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Jacobo Odon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zapala's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacobo Odon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luciano Jokin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind DEFENSORES DE BELGRANO's goalkeeper Luciano Jokin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Emiliano Intxixu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Tadeo Errolan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Fernando Ariando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of DEFENSORES DE BELGRANO booed when Zapala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aristides Marquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Zapala players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for DEFENSORES DE BELGRANO.
