The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Jago in the 3rd minute of play forced THE FLIPPER AFC's goalkeeper Amado Mundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Benigno Rioja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amado Mundo made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Benigno Rioja sent off a good shot on target. In the 8th minute, THE FLIPPER AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Benigno Rioja fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Julian Jago was extremely unlucky when he, in the 12th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Amado Mundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Jago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julian Jago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Amado Mundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Julian Jago took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Amado Mundo to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 36 minutes, Ruben Ramone managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. THE FLIPPER AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruben Ramone was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 37th minute, Igor Danel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amado Mundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Jago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in THE FLIPPER AFC's zone, Benigno Rioja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amado Mundo came out of the goal and Benigno Rioja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julian Jago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Amado Mundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Jago made a kick off. THE FLIPPER AFC's Ruben Ramone got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amado Mundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benigno Rioja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benigno Rioja in the 62nd minute of play forced THE FLIPPER AFC's goalkeeper Amado Mundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruben Ramone charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ruben Ramone the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 63rd match minute, THE FLIPPER AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruben Ramone to maneuver through the defense. THE FLIPPER AFC's Amado Mundo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Jago in the 67th minute of play. Julian Jago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fulgencio Galtero placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Julian Jago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amado Mundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Jago in the 86th minute of the match. Benigno Rioja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Jago in the 96th minute of play forced THE FLIPPER AFC's goalkeeper Amado Mundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julian Jago recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 100 minutes, Benigno Rioja managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arsenal de Llavallol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benigno Rioja was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Arsenal de Llavallol players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
