Alcones Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudio Che was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Claudio Che received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Matias Olivar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Inocencio Muno came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Ocho Quesos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inocencio Muno couldn't finish the play. Arnulfo Frans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Inocencio Muno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Alcones Fc's zone, Evelio Jaunti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rosendo Toribio came out of the goal and Evelio Jaunti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Inocencio Muno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Claudio Che made the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Alcones Fc got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Arlo. After 53 played minutes, Ocho Quesos's Bernardo Ipar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rosendo Toribio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ocho Quesos reached it. 55 minutes into the match, Alcones Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Inocencio Muno came free, but Rosendo Toribio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ocho Quesos's Inocencio Muno got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 62nd minute Mariano Senio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Olivar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inocencio Muno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rosendo Toribio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. If Mariano Senio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evelio Jauntis short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Rosendo Toribio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Inocencio Muno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matias Olivar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Senio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudio Che fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Olivar having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Ocho Quesos's Inocencio Muno dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. After 95 played minutes Alcones Fc got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Benvide. The Ocho Quesos players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
