Spectators: 7240 (Terracing: 5432, Seating: 1665, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Anacleto Feliu made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Barrancas f.c's goalkeeper Sergio Venerando had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnulfo Esdras. Martin Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sixto Lertxun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Venerando having to interfere. Martin Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Sergio Venerando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Placido Piorno hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. If Anacleto Feliu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barrancas f.c's Anacleto Feliu got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Barrancas f.c's Sergio Venerando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Fernandes in the 25th minute of play. Sergio Venerando came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atletico Brillanté's Sixto Lertxun. But to his dismay, Sixto Lertxun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alejo Herena in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ariel Pere prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Martin Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Venerando having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Barrancas f.c's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Fernandes came free, but Sergio Venerando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Martin Fernandes was the one to do the kick off. After 56 minutes of play, Club Atletico Brillanté's Sixto Lertxun made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sergio Venerando was left in no man's land by his defense there! Barrancas f.c's Sergio Venerando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Fernandes in the 59th minute of play. When Placido Piorno fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barrancas f.c's protests and gave Placido Piorno a yellow card for diving instead. In the 60th minute, Placido Piorno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sergio Venerando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sixto Lertxun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alejo Herena struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Ariel Pere didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barrancas f.c. In the 73rd match minute, Barrancas f.c was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Oliveiro to maneuver through the defense. Camilo Laurgain took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sergio Venerando. Barrancas f.c's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Martin Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sergio Venerando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sixto Lertxun in the 81st minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Sixto Lertxun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atletico Brillanté fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. When Sixto Lertxun came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Club Atletico Brillanté fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sixto Lertxun couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Barrancas f.c's Placido Piorno got a free kick in the 90th minute. A collision led to Barrancas f.c getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Anacleto Feliu hit a great ball. Club Atletico Brillanté walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
