Ariel Pere made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Montrel in the 3rd minute of play. Freddy Montrel might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ariel Pere. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Freddy Montrel ran back to his position shaking his head. Ariel Pere showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Cordarin, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Martin Fernandes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adolfo Leoncio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Freddy Montrel in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ariel Pere, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 19th minute, Salvador Nicholas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 22 minutes, Martin Fernandes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atletico Brillanté's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Fernandes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Martin Fernandes was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Montrel in the 58th minute of play forced Club Atletico Brillanté's goalkeeper Ariel Pere to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute, Sixto Lertxun fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Adolfo Leoncio, passed just outside the right post. Club Atletico Brillanté's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Mario Urtsua charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mario Urtsua the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 82nd minute, Mario Urtsua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dangerous FC's Adolfo Leoncio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Dangerous FC from getting a goal against them. Sixto Lertxun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Leoncio having to interfere. After 86 played minutes Dangerous FC got a freekick which was hit by Mario Urtsua. In the 90th minute, Melquiades Cordarin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ariel Pere was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The supporters of Club Atletico Brillanté booed when Dangerous FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. German Oliveiro didn't get a good kick on the ball.
