Freddy Llorian started the match with the kick off. After having played for 4 minutes, Erasmo Venceslao managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baradero AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erasmo Venceslao was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 5 minutes into the match, Freddy Llorian had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ermegildo Vidal. Rafaela LC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Freddy Llorian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Vinicio Erlantz hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. If Freddy Llorian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute of the match Benicio Ordono sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ermegildo Vidal skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Rafaela LC booed when Baradero AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faustino Indalecio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baradero AFC's Baltasar Playo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavio Cordero in the 30th minute of play. A collision led to Rafaela LC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Vinicio Erlantz hit a great ball. Ermegildo Vidal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Llorian in the 32nd minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Erasmo Venceslao had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ermegildo Vidal. Rafaela LC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erasmo Venceslao was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Rafaela LC's Ermegildo Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Llorian in the 43rd minute of play. Octavio Cordero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltasar Playo having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Octavio Cordero to make the kick off. After 54 played minutes Baradero AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Sabin. In the 57th minute, Erasmo Venceslao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Baradero AFC! In the 61st minute there was a penalty for Rafaela LC. Sixto Enmanuel stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Baltasar Playo. 1-2. Venancio Saturnin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romeo Chap's late challenge caught a Baradero AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romeo Chap helped the player get up and apologised. In the 72nd minute, Freddy Llorian fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ermegildo Vidal, passed just outside the right post. Erasmo Venceslao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, Rafaela LC's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Llorian came free, but Ermegildo Vidal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erasmo Venceslao got free with Ermegildo Vidal in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Rafaela LC's Vinicio Erlantz got a free kick in the 81st minute. Freddy Llorian struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Ermegildo Vidal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Baradero AFC. With a little luck, Rafaela LC's Ermegildo Vidal got control of the ball when Erasmo Venceslao tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute, Vinicio Erlantz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ermegildo Vidal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Llorian in the 88th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Freddy Llorian in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ermegildo Vidal saved Rafaela LC from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emiliano Casado during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 91st minute, Emiliano Casado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Freddy Llorian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erasmo Venceslao's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ermegildo Vidal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. The supporters of Baradero AFC booed when Rafaela LC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusebio Pacorro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 96 minutes into the game, Baradero AFC's Erasmo Venceslao nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ermegildo Vidal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The Rafaela LC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Baradero AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Baradero AFC.
