Spectators: 7216 (Terracing: 5413, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ermegildo Itzaina started the match with the kick off. Apolo Paublo in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Moises Jordy, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 18th minute, Joaquin Celio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ceferino Maurino kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Ermegildo Itzaina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Humberto Olando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Celio in the 30th minute of play forced Ancóm's goalkeeper Humberto Olando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ermegildo Itzaina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Humberto Olando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ermegildo Itzaina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Ancóm's zone, Joaquin Celio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Humberto Olando came out of the goal and Joaquin Celio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Ancóm getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Geronimo Raymon hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Ermegildo Itzaina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Garompas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ermegildo Itzaina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Humberto Olando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maximo Oinaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Olando having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

A collision led to Ancóm getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Atilano Ekain hit a great ball. Ermegildo Itzaina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Joaquin Celio hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Humberto Olando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ermegildo Itzaina, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Nicanor Gaztea charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicanor Gaztea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 63rd match minute, Garompas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicanor Gaztea to maneuver through the defense. Ancóm's Mario Jokin got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Feliciano Miro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Olando having to interfere. Ermegildo Itzaina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godofredo Otsoko in the 73rd minute of play forced Ancóm's goalkeeper Humberto Olando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ermegildo Itzaina came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Garompas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ermegildo Itzaina couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Garompas FC booed when Ancóm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fermin Felo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ermegildo Itzaina hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ermegildo Itzaina in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Humberto Olando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Despite being the better team, Garompas FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
