Spectators: 7225 (Terracing: 5420, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Venancio Quinito took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Roque Mantzio came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Maimará AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roque Mantzio couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Copacabana AFC's Bruno Blanco got control of the ball when Octavio Florinio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roque Mantzio in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Blanco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aurelio Sidro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Copacabana AFC's Bruno Blanco got control of the ball when Octavio Florinio tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Copacabana AFC booed when Maimará AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Lauaxeta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vinicio Sugoi, 21 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Enrique Papo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Venancio Quinito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Octavio Florinio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute Santos Sein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Papo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venancio Quinito in the 31st minute of play forced Maimará AFC's goalkeeper Enrique Papo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aquilino Nesor hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. When Tomas Lauaxeta was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 34 minutes had been played. In the 35th minute, Tomas Lauaxeta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Venancio Quinito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maimará AFC's Enrique Papo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Quinito in the 43rd minute of play. Roque Mantzio kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Santos Sein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Papo having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Enrique Papo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Octavio Florinio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Bruno Blanco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
