Spectators: 7141 (Terracing: 5389, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Natalio Endira started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Javier Berbiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ambrosio Ubelteso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Gagriel in the 9th minute of play forced mancedo's goalkeeper Aurelio Jordy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute Ambrosio Ubelteso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Jordy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fulgencio Gagriel struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Aurelio Jordy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tabay. Tabay's Venancio Bibiano suffered a concussion in the 14th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Osvaldo Abel charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Osvaldo Abel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, mancedo's Osvaldo Abel got a free kick in the 15th minute. Tabay were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after mancedo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alejo Abechuco took the corner. The corner led to Tabay's Christian Henrico getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Urbano Kaxen charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Urbano Kaxen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 21 played minutes mancedo got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Kaxen. Marcelo Breogan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bruno Sancho in the 23rd minute. In the 31stth minute of the game Natalio Endira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tabay's Marcelo Breogan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcelo Breogan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natalio Endira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute Natalio Endira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Breogan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, mancedo's goal looked a bit too open when Ambrosio Ubelteso came free, but Aurelio Jordy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ambrosio Ubelteso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th match minute, mancedo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Abel to maneuver through the defense. Marcelo Breogan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natalio Endira, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ambrosio Ubelteso was the one to do the kick off. Christian Henrico's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aurelio Jordy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Aurelio Jordy came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Tabay's Ambrosio Ubelteso. But to his dismay, Ambrosio Ubelteso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 64th minute, one of mancedo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for mancedo. Marcelo Breogan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Sancho in the 71st minute of the match. Ambrosio Ubelteso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Aurelio Jordy made a huge save. Natalio Endira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelo Breogan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. If Bruno Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcelo Breogan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Endira in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd match minute, mancedo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Candido Viviano to maneuver through the defense. Ambrosio Ubelteso was extremely unlucky when he, in the 94th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With his leg Aurelio Jordy managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Tabay's Ambrosio Ubelteso fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ambrosio Ubelteso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
