Spectators: 7073 (Terracing: 5430, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Enrique Ibar made the kick off which started today's match. Everardo Gabino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Azubeli in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Potrerillos's goalkeeper Jonas Quin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aristides Azubeli during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 5 played minutes Potrerillos got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Azubeli. With a little luck, Potrerillos's Jonas Quin got control of the ball when Benjamin Lauren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Teodosio Osoro took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Everardo Gabino. Everardo Gabino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Everardo Gabino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hilario Tartalo in the 20th minute of play. Narciso Franco hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Potrerillos's zone, Enrique Ibar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonas Quin came out of the goal and Enrique Ibar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of C.A.B.J booed when Potrerillos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Servando didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, C.A.B.J's Basilio Abascal tried to score from far away in the 31st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Jonas Quin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benjamin Lauren in the 32nd minute. After a rather tough play, Potrerillos's Nemesio Larra got a free kick in the 34th minute. Benjamin Lauren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enrique Ibar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Jonas Quin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Lauren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodosio Osoro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 49th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hilario Tartalo to strike the kick off in the second half. C.A.B.J's Benjamin Lauren got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. C.A.B.J's Everardo Gabino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilario Tartalo in the 57th minute of play. When Teodosio Osoro came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Potrerillos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodosio Osoro couldn't finish the play. If Hilario Tartalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 minutes into the match, Enrique Ibar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonas Quin. Potrerillos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enrique Ibar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Benjamin Lauren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Potrerillos's Nemesio Larra got his second yellow card of the match in the 68th minute. The referee ordered Nemesio Larra off the ground. The audience was convinced that Enrique Ibar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonas Quin was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Potrerillos had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
