In the 5th match minute, Tambillos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Raymundo to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute of the match Abelardo Txilar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angel Eguerdi skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Tambillos FC booed when RiverPalomarFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. The supporters of RiverPalomarFC booed when Tambillos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Raymundo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erubiel Lastur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ivan Gabino was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 20 minutes into the match. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tambillos FC! Abelardo Txilar shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Angel Eguerdi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorino Felipo in the 24th minute of play. If Adolfo Loreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tiburcio Totakoxe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emilio Efren went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 34 minutes into the match, Tambillos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Celio came free, but Angel Eguerdi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tambillos FC's Jaime Raymundo got a free kick in the 34th minute. Jaime Raymundo's late challenge caught a RiverPalomarFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaime Raymundo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th minute, Jaime Raymundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Emilio Efren fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tambillos FC's protests and gave Emilio Efren a yellow card for diving instead. Emilio Efren kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Victorino Felipo scored 2-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Angel Eguerdi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adolfo Loreto was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 57 minutes, Victorino Felipo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RiverPalomarFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victorino Felipo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erubiel Lastur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Angel Eguerdi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. RiverPalomarFC's Tiburcio Totakoxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Loreto in the 83rd minute of play. In the 96th minute of the game, Ermegildo Basajaun landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 96 minutes into the game, Victorino Felipo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RiverPalomarFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tambillos FC the free kick. Victorino Felipo hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match.
