Emil Västlund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 20th minute, Cirilo Lehoi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aristides Joachim. The goal made the score 1-2. Atletico Milanga's Emil Västlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Cordarrol in the 24th minute of play. Iker Socorro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emil Västlund having to make a save. Javier Cordarrol kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Aristides Joachim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cirilo Lehoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Aristides Joachim came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico Milanga's Julio Regis. But to his dismay, Julio Regis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cirilo Lehoi to strike the kick off in the second half. Javier Cordarrols short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Emil Västlund to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Artemio Jeraldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Västlund having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Armando Fix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jesus Montae took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aristides Joachim. Invernadas's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Silvio Otsando charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvio Otsando the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The following shot went just left of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Javier Cordarrol could shoot a difficult shot in the 93rd minute, which Emil Västlund however easily saved by the left post. 94 minutes into the game, Atletico Milanga's Silverio Rito nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aristides Joachim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3.
