Ildefonso Tono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Melquiades Weterio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Victorino Javiero made the kick off in the second half. Gerardo Pitin charged in rather forcefully in the 50th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gerardo Pitin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ildefonso Tono could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Melquiades Weterio made a huge save. 78 minutes into the match, Andres Oliveiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Florentino Abeitia. VIEJO EXPRESO PATAGONICO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andres Oliveiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 92nd minute of the match Candido Cordarell shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Florentino Abeitia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in VIEJO EXPRESO PATAGONICO's zone, Omar Eguen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florentino Abeitia came out of the goal and Omar Eguen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Villa Del Quepar booed when VIEJO EXPRESO PATAGONICO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorino Javiero didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Villa Del Quepar had played much better football throughout.
