Spectators: 6671 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1671, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Orlando Txatxu got the match started through his kick off. Damaso Fonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Moreno FC's goalkeeper Justo Mano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Achirense FC's Orlando Txatxu got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 12 minutes into the match, Moreno FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Olentzaro came free, but Justo Mano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Achirense FC's goalkeeper Lázaro Transito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Godfredo Fero. The supporters of Moreno FC booed when Achirense FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingar Svensen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Orlando Txatxu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Justo Mano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lázaro Transito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Fero in the 21st minute of the match. Lázaro Transito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleuterio Arce in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Moreno FC's Eleuterio Arce dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Justo Mano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Txatxu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute Serafin Dominguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lázaro Transito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Moreno FC's Damaso Fonso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lázaro Transito made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Orlando Txatxu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eleuterio Arce made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Moreno FC's zone, Jonathan Olentzaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Justo Mano came out of the goal and Jonathan Olentzaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonathan Olentzaro got free with Justo Mano in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Damaso Fonso struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Lázaro Transito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moreno FC. 68 minutes into the match, Achirense FC's Jonathan Olentzaro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Justo Mano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Tiniebra in the 72nd minute of play forced Achirense FC's goalkeeper Lázaro Transito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lázaro Transito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleuterio Arce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, Guillermo Egun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute, Achirense FC's Orlando Txatxu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Justo Mano. Justo Mano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Moreno FC's Justo Mano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Txatxu in the 90th minute of play. If Orlando Txatxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
