Aaron Umea charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aaron Umea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Peralta getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Aaron Umea hit a great ball. 4 minutes into the match, Peralta's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Foro came free, but Raul Eliu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rogelio Quin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anthoon Van Heurick having to interfere. When Gonzalo Astrada came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Peralta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gonzalo Astrada couldn't finish the play. Higinio Foro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Raul Eliu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the game, Rogelio Quin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Anthoon Van Heurick. Rogelio Quin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. A collision led to Peralta getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Victorino Dodorol hit a great ball. Victor Galindo hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.
In the 53rd minute, Gonzalo Astrada got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Rogelio Quin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anthoon Van Heurick was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Anthoon Van Heurick didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gonzalo Astrada went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Raul Eliu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Higinio Foro went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Aaron Umea was shown his second yellow card after 67 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Defensores del Dorado booed when Peralta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Umea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victorino Dodorol kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Defensores del Dorado's Sylwester Michalski couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 74th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Peralta. Rogelio Quin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anthoon Van Heurick having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Gonzalo Astrada got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Higinio Foro could shoot a difficult shot in the 81st minute, which Raul Eliu however easily saved by the left post. Teodosio Bazil hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Defensores del Dorado's Anthoon Van Heurick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Silban in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes in the game, Higinio Foro fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Raul Eliu having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Higinio Foro got free with Raul Eliu in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Peralta were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Defensores del Dorado for a fine match.
