The supporters of Necol AFC booed when Moreno FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicanor Amaya didn't get a good kick on the ball. Froilan Baudelio might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Justo Mano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Froilan Baudelio ran back to his position shaking his head. 20 minutes into the match, Moreno FC's goal looked a bit too open when Froilan Baudelio came free, but Justo Mano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mariano Tiniebra during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 83rd minute Ladislao Igon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justo Mano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvio Hustaz scored 2-2 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Justo Mano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
