Teo Kismi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Anguincila AFC's Sebastian Nesto got control of the ball when Teo Kismi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Anguincila AFC's zone, Ramiro Raulo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Nesto came out of the goal and Ramiro Raulo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Melquiades Argina charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Melquiades Argina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 12 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Anguincila AFC! When the match had been going on for 14 minutes, Racing Club's Teofilo Padro got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Sebastian Nesto. In the 16th match minute, Anguincila AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Marquez to maneuver through the defense. Ceferino Jacob hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Albano Gentza took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Prudencio Blanco. Prudencio Blanco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 40th match minute, Anguincila AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remigio Furtado to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Nesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramiro Raulo in the 42nd minute of play. Teo Kismi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Nesto having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Anguincila AFC's zone, Ramiro Raulo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Nesto came out of the goal and Ramiro Raulo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ramiro Raulo to make the kick off. After 52nd play minutes Teo Kismi shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Sebastian Nesto and just under the crossbar into goal. After 60 played minutes Anguincila AFC got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Frascuelo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albano Gentza got free with Prudencio Blanco in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Remigio Furtado in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Prudencio Blanco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Prudencio Blanco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigio Furtado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Remigio Furtado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Prudencio Blanco made a huge save. Julian Txaran's late challenge caught a Anguincila AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julian Txaran helped the player get up and apologised. After 78 played minutes Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Julian Txaran. Prudencio Blanco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigio Furtado, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. If Teo Kismi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ceferino Jacob fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Anguincila AFC's protests and gave Ceferino Jacob a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th minute, Ceferino Jacob hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Racing Club's goalkeeper Prudencio Blanco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Racing Club's Felipe Gilen got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Racing Club were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Anguincila AFC for a fine match.
