Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jacinto Mateus got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd minute, Gustavo Mendiko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vélez Sarsfield de Rio IV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When Fernando Liher came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Vélez Sarsfield de Rio IV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernando Liher couldn't finish the play. Gustavo Mendiko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vélez Sarsfield de Rio IV's Gustavo Mendiko saw an opening behind the goalie Cipriano Afonso in the 12thth minute and tried to shoot past into the top right corner, but with great reflexes Cipriano Afonso with one arm managed to save the shot in the last secound. A collision led to Piratas de la Redonda getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Pablo Egoi hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, Vélez Sarsfield de Rio IV's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Mateus came free, but Pascual Enmanuel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, Gustavo Mendiko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Virgilio Herauso kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. A collision led to Piratas de la Redonda getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Arnaldo Haitz hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the match, Jacinto Mateus notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Vélez Sarsfield de Rio IV's Pascual Enmanuel. Pascual Enmanuel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 34th minute, Gustavo Mendiko fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Cipriano Afonso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustavo Mendiko's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Piratas de la Redonda's zone, Fernando Liher stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cipriano Afonso came out of the goal and Fernando Liher tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fernando Liher struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Cipriano Afonso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vélez Sarsfield de Rio IV. Cipriano Afonso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Mendiko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gustavo Mendiko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Jacinto Mateus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 55 played minutes, Vélez Sarsfield de Rio IV's Urbano Henry shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cipriano Afonso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vélez Sarsfield de Rio IV reached it. In the 62nd minute of the match Virgilio Herauso shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cipriano Afonso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 63rd minute, Gustavo Mendiko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cipriano Afonso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efrain Igon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 71 minutes of play, Vélez Sarsfield de Rio IV's Gustavo Mendiko made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cipriano Afonso was left in no man's land by his defense there! 74 minutes into the match, Piratas de la Redonda's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Liher came free, but Cipriano Afonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cecilio Iigo's late challenge caught a Vélez Sarsfield de Rio IV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cecilio Iigo helped the player get up and apologised. Jeremias Hermelando came free with the goalkeeper in the 78th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pascual Enmanuel could save by the left post. After 82 played minutes Piratas de la Redonda got a freekick which was hit by Bernardino Domenec. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Liher in the 83rd minute of play forced Piratas de la Redonda's goalkeeper Cipriano Afonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 minutes Piratas de la Redonda's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Virgilio Herauso who took care of the corner kick. Gustavo Mendiko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Cipriano Afonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cecilio Iigo kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Cipriano Afonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Liher in the 89th minute of play. During the 90th minute of the match Cecilio Iigo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Cecilio Iigo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Cipriano Afonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Mendiko in the 93rd minute of the match. 94 minutes into the game, Jacinto Mateus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Piratas de la Redonda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vélez Sarsfield de Rio IV the free kick. In the 94th minute, Jacinto Mateus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cipriano Afonso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo Mendiko, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the referee ended the match the Vélez Sarsfield de Rio IV players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
