Victoriano Oihenarte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Silvano Quilino made a huge save. 8 minutes into the match, Ayajaso FC's goalkeeper Silvano Quilino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victoriano Oihenarte. Ovidio Guifre lost his temper 10 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The supporters of Ayajaso FC booed when Huaco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidio Guifre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernan Montez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Feliciano Bernad. Huaco FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ayajaso FC's Benjamin Dolcet got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 16th minute, Vicente Bernad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Huaco FC's zone, Sebastian Dayam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feliciano Bernad came out of the goal and Sebastian Dayam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 19th minute, Maximo Frederik made a precise shot to the right of Feliciano Bernad. Huaco FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Ayajaso FC's Vicente Cesaro got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Silvano Quilino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celestino Mikelats in the 24th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Celestino Mikelats dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Silvano Quilino, 2-1. After 43 minutes, Carolo Perfecto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Huaco FC and the Ayajaso FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Huaco FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Carolo Perfecto hit a great ball. Feliciano Bernad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carmelo Ubarna, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute Benjamin Dolcet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliciano Bernad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Celestino Mikelats made a kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Victoriano Oihenarte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huaco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victoriano Oihenarte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Silvano Quilino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carolo Perfecto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benjamin Dolcet got free with Feliciano Bernad in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 55th match minute, Ayajaso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Indar to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Ayajaso FC booed when Huaco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Perfecto didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Celestino Mikelats in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvano Quilino saved Ayajaso FC from getting behind. Feliciano Bernad made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Maximo Frederik sent off a good shot on target. Victoriano Oihenarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Ayajaso FC defense, Victoriano Oihenarte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silvano Quilino. The Ayajaso FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silvano Quilino should have stopped the shot. Silvano Quilino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Oihenarte in the 88th minute of play. Silvano Quilino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoriano Oihenarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Celestino Mikelats notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Ayajaso FC's Silvano Quilino.
