Spectators: 7230 (Terracing: 5424, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Luis Palos took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 11 minutes of play, Lezcanos AFC's Luis Palos made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cleto Bartoleme was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 20th match minute, Lezcanos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adan Ebardo to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute of the match Dante Lucila shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Laureano Manilan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 26th match minute, Lezcanos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adan Ebardo to maneuver through the defense. Cleto Bartoleme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Palos in the 29th minute of play. Laureano Manilan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Jeraldo in the 31st minute of the match. Cosme Goiz hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Laureano Manilan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Jeraldo in the 33rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tobias Dalmai during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tobias Dalmai kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. The supporters of Nueva Chicago booed when Lezcanos AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fermin Ur didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Abarca in the 43rd minute of play forced Lezcanos AFC's goalkeeper Laureano Manilan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonardo Jeraldo was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Juan Silban managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lezcanos AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Silban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cleto Bartoleme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Juan Silban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Abarca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juan Silban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Cleto Bartoleme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luis Palos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Bartoleme having to interfere. If Juan Silban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Juan Silban managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lezcanos AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Silban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cleto Bartoleme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Laureano Manilan made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Pedro Abarca sent off a good shot on target. Juan Silban struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Cleto Bartoleme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lezcanos AFC. In the 81st minute, Raimundo Soin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nueva Chicago's Cleto Bartoleme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Palos in the 84th minute of play. Pedro Abarca struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Laureano Manilan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nueva Chicago. Nueva Chicago's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
