Ernesto Maldonado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victoriano Oihenarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, Luisito Fanuco dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Feliciano Bernad, 2-3. When the final whistle went the supporters of Horquilla FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Huaco FC side.
