In the 3rd minute Eloy Florin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseo Haitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Eloy Florin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arcadia's supporters rose to their feet, but Eloy Florin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eliseo Haitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 10th minute, Eloy Florin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eliseo Haitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, Jauria's Ramiro Fertus got a free kick in the 13th minute. Eliseo Haitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Florin, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Eliazar in the 18th minute of play forced Arcadia's goalkeeper Virgilio Nazario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victorino Che fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseo Haitz having to interfere. Arcadia's Virgilio Nazario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Arcadia from getting a goal against them. 34 minutes into the game, Ismael Miliano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arcadia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jauria the free kick. After a rather tough play, Arcadia's Ismael Miliano got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 40th minute, Marcos Atauri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jauria's Mateo Eliazar got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Arcadia were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victorino Che made a kick off. Victorino Che sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th minute, Eloy Florin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victorino Che received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Eliseo Haitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcos Atauri in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Virgilio Nazario saved Arcadia from getting behind. Eloy Florin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseo Haitz having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Ismael Miliano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Virgilio Nazario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Atauri in the 74th minute of play. Arcadia's Virgilio Nazario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Eliazar in the 75th minute of play. Fabricio Ignazio charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabricio Ignazio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fabricio Ignazio hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Virgilio Nazario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Eliazar in the 87th minute of play. Edgardo Lico hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Jauria's Eliseo Haitz got control of the ball when Eloy Florin tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mateo Eliazar in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Virgilio Nazario saved Arcadia from getting behind. If Victorino Che had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Arcadia players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
