After a defensive mix-up in Arcadia's zone, Tobias Montxo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Virgilio Nazario came out of the goal and Tobias Montxo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victorino Che received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Feliberto Qwinton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arcadia's Eloy Florin got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Montxo in the 27th minute of play forced Arcadia's goalkeeper Virgilio Nazario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute, Romulo Nafarroa made a precise shot to the right of Virgilio Nazario. Arcadia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victorino Che to strike the kick off in the second half. Feliberto Qwinton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eloy Florin in the 54th minute. Feliberto Qwinton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Che, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. When Alonzo Ticho fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Talleres de Cordoba's protests and gave Alonzo Ticho a yellow card for diving instead. The audience was convinced that Tobias Montxo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Virgilio Nazario was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Victorino Che sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Talleres de Cordoba's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
