After having played for 29 minutes, Tobias Montxo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talleres de Cordoba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tobias Montxo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Romulo Nafarroa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joel Raymond made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Montxo in the 42nd minute of play. Talleres de Cordoba's Alonzo Ticho suffered a fractured collar bone after 45 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abelardo Luix during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Talleres de Cordoba booed when Olivos City F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abelardo Luix didn't get a good kick on the ball.

In the 53rd minute of the match Talleres de Cordoba got a corner. Olivos City F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dante Bixintxo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Talleres de Cordoba's Tobias Montxo to a score. 0-4 in the 53rd minute. 57 minutes into the game, Victorio Hotz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Talleres de Cordoba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olivos City F.C. the free kick. Teobaldo Toro hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the match, Talleres de Cordoba's Dante Bixintxo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After having played for 68 minutes, Teofilo Azubeli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Lázaro Dalmu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joel Raymond. Olivos City F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lázaro Dalmu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Feliberto Qwinton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilo Azubeli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th match minute, Olivos City F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Arnas to maneuver through the defense. Romulo Nafarroa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Joel Raymond tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Tobias Montxo came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Talleres de Cordoba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tobias Montxo couldn't finish the play.
