Spectators: 7092 (Terracing: 5420, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 10) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rafael Beltran took the kick off in the first half of the match. Osvaldo Berbiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Etxekopar in the 5th minute of play. ALEJO FC's Osvaldo Berbiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Etxekopar in the 13th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, ALEJO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Generoso Vergaray to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 16 minutes, Sixto Etxekopar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AcuñA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sixto Etxekopar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, ALEJO FC's Remigio Egun got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 21st match minute, AcuñA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelino James to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the AcuñA defense, Geronimo Danel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lázaro Udalaitz. The AcuñA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lázaro Udalaitz should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sixto Etxekopar in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Osvaldo Berbiz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. AcuñA's attack was well implemented in the 30th minute, but when Sixto Etxekopar was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Geronimo Danel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of ALEJO FC booed when AcuñA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sixto Etxekopar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Sixto Etxekopar's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Osvaldo Berbiz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Osvaldo Berbiz came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by AcuñA's Sixto Etxekopar. But to his dismay, Sixto Etxekopar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Rafael Beltran kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 68th minute Sixto Etxekopar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Berbiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute Teodoro Rosalio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Berbiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AcuñA were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after ALEJO FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Teodoro Rosalio took the corner. AcuñA's Sixto Etxekopar came free and shot a quick shot against goal 76 minutes in the game, fortunately Osvaldo Berbiz had problems saving as it came toward the left post. In the 83rd minute, Aquiles Lartaun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in ALEJO FC's zone, Aquiles Lartaun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osvaldo Berbiz came out of the goal and Aquiles Lartaun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sixto Etxekopar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Osvaldo Berbiz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sixto Etxekopar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Osvaldo Berbiz came out and tried to block the shot, but Sixto Etxekopar slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 90th minute. When Geronimo Danel fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ALEJO FC's protests and gave Geronimo Danel a yellow card for diving instead. After 95 played minutes ALEJO FC got a freekick which was hit by Geronimo Danel. If Sixto Etxekopar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded AcuñA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ALEJO FC.
