Sixto Etxekopars short, quick shot in the 4thth minute got Pablo Boni to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sixto Etxekopar scored 1-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pablo Boni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 19th minute Domingo Toro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lázaro Udalaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sixto Etxekopar's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Pablo Boni skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 22 minutes into the game, Domingos Arias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cogote FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AcuñA the free kick. Sixto Etxekopar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Pablo Boni when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Pablo Boni didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sixto Etxekopar went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Pablo Boni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sixto Etxekopar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sixto Etxekopar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pablo Boni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sixto Etxekopar to make the kick off. After 53 played minutes Cogote FC got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Stanislao. When Baldomero Irrintzi fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cogote FC's protests and gave Baldomero Irrintzi a yellow card for diving instead. After 55 played minutes Cogote FC got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Irrintzi. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Sixto Etxekopar put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Pablo Boni. Sixto Etxekopar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pablo Boni having to interfere. There was no doubt that AcuñA were the better team. AcuñA's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
