Lázaro Udalaitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Toribio, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. An unexpected shot in the 40th minute by Ceferino Ted got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to Xeneixes getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Leo Beliran hit a great ball. In the 44th minute Teodoro Rosalio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bonifacio Norino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cesar Toribio was the one to do the kick off. Armando Ihintza kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Isidro Bernard notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Xeneixes's Bonifacio Norino. Bonifacio Norino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
