Spectators: 7229 (Terracing: 5423, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Marciano Nikola made the kick off and thus started the match. Albardón's Segundo Perpinya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Rocio in the 2nd minute of play. In the 4th minute Marciano Nikola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Maria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabio Maria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Nikola in the 10th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Marciano Nikola managed to get in a good position for a shot. Albardón's supporters rose to their feet, but Marciano Nikola was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabio Maria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fabio Maria made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ceferino Gaizko in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Albardón's Ceferino Gaizko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabio Maria narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Albardón's Marciano Nikola in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Merlongas's goalie prevented a goal. In the 24th minute, Israel Ted hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Daniel Rocio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Albardón getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Enrique Acuña hit a great ball. Daniel Rocio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Segundo Perpinya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Rocio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Daniel Rocio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Rocio made a kick off. Ceferino Gaizko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 54 minutes into the game, Ceferino Gaizko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Albardón's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Merlongas the free kick. In the 54th minute, Ceferino Gaizko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Daniel Rocio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 minutes into the match, Albardón's Julian Vincente broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Fabio Maria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceferino Gaizko, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Merlongas's zone, Ceferino Gaizko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Maria came out of the goal and Ceferino Gaizko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Rocio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Segundo Perpinya made a huge save. The supporters of Albardón booed when Merlongas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Laurendi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Albardón's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Rocio came free, but Segundo Perpinya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Albardón getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Bernabe Azeari hit a great ball. If Daniel Rocio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 84 minutes, Damian Laurendi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Merlongas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damian Laurendi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Rocio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Segundo Perpinya having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Merlongas's zone, Marciano Nikola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Maria came out of the goal and Marciano Nikola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Many of Merlongas's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Merlongas may have spent more time on the ball, but Albardón were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
