Los Albos's Everardo Ordono played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Maxin in the 6th minute of play. Gustavo Maxin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Ordono having to interfere. Everardo Ordono showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Pio in the 9th minute of the match. Ismael Pio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Everardo Ordono tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustavo Maxin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Everardo Ordono having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ismael Pio in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Everardo Ordono prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anacleto Lucila was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 17th minute. Los Albos's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Miguel Totakoxe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Los Albos's Anacleto Lucila got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iguazú AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Anacleto Lucila 29 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. In the 38th minute, Anacleto Lucila got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iguazú AFC's Jaime Bitxintxo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anacleto Lucila in the 42nd minute of play. Pablo Evarado charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pablo Evarado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Iguazú AFC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Pablo Evarado hit a great ball. Ismael Pio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Everardo Ordono tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Iguazú AFC's Jaime Bitxintxo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anacleto Lucila in the 54th minute of play. When Miguel Totakoxe came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Los Albos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Totakoxe couldn't finish the play. Jaime Bitxintxo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Totakoxe in the 65th minute of play. The supporters of Iguazú AFC booed when Los Albos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pablo Arlo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute Anacleto Lucila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Bitxintxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reynaldo Roano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Everardo Ordono. Los Albos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Gustavo Maxin came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Iguazú AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustavo Maxin couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Gustavo Maxin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Iguazú AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustavo Maxin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Everardo Ordono breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iguazú AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
