The tension between the Pedernal and the Club Almagro players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Pedernal getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Dante Theodore hit a great ball. After 12 played minutes Club Almagro got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Quinteros. In the 17th minute, Fidel Petrigai ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anastasio Perez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With an all-out effort, Pedernal's Bartolo Flores threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Epifanio Chorche, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Epifanio Chorche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd match minute, Club Almagro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eleuterio Silban to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute, Epifanio Chorche got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Donato Casado's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Bartolo Flores skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amador Jakes during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bartolo Flores had in the 41stth minute some difficulties stopping Tiburcio Gaskon's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 41st minute, Tiburcio Gaskon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bartolo Flores was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Donato Casado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Epifanio Chorche was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Donato Casado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bartolo Flores was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Donato Casado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Club Almagro's Bartolo Flores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Epifanio Chorche in the 67th minute of play. Fidel Petrigai in the 68thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Anastasio Perez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of Club Almagro booed when Pedernal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Berriotxoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute, Fidel Petrigai fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The supporters of Pedernal booed when Club Almagro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogelio Valiente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Donato Casado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Bartolo Flores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Fidel Petrigai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Almagro's supporters rose to their feet, but Fidel Petrigai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anastasio Perez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 87 minutes into the match, Pedernal's goalkeeper Anastasio Perez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fidel Petrigai. After a rather tough play, Club Almagro's Victoriano Quinteros got a free kick in the 89th minute. After 90 played minutes, Pedernal's Tiburcio Gaskon shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bartolo Flores came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pedernal reached it. When the referee ended the match the Pedernal players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
