Ernesto Egoi had several of the mamabicho's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 19 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Fernando Jaizki as he didn't even see the shot coming. Horacio Grabiel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Benitez having to interfere. 1-1 became the score in the 30th minute when Horacio Grabiel elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dario Boni in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernando Jaizki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Dario Boni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Horacio Grabiel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Narciso Benitez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivan Sasoin's late challenge caught a Vilismán AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivan Sasoin helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to mamabicho getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Ivan Sasoin hit a great ball. After 61 minutes, Angelino Ticho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vilismán AFC and the mamabicho players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Vilismán AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Narciso Benitez should have stopped the shot. If Horacio Grabiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fabio Seguinus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Benitez having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. mamabicho walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
