Philipps's Humberto Cristofor got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Samuel Bento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Fabio Estevon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 13 minutes into the match, Philipps's Gerardo Demesio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabio Estevon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 19 played minutes Saladillo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Ramirez. Fabio Estevon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Bento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Humberto Cristofor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabio Estevon having to make a save. Humberto Cristofor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Philipps's Humberto Cristofor in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Saladillo AFC's goalie prevented a goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Froilan Burni was the one to do the kick off. Samuel Bento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Fabio Estevon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 53 played minutes Saladillo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Orti. Fabio Estevon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Bento in the 54th minute of play. Saladillo AFC's Froilan Burni got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabio Estevon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Samuel Bento's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Humberto Cristofor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fabio Estevon came out and tried to block the shot, but Humberto Cristofor slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 63rd minute. In the 87th minute, Humberto Cristofor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Saladillo AFC's goalkeeper Fabio Estevon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Humberto Cristofor. Froilan Burni took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Esteban Pueblo. Esteban Pueblo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Fabio Estevon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Eduino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Philipps were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
