In the 22nd minute, Arturo Oidor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saladillo AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 26th minute Arturo Oidor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Figueroa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 36 minutes of play, Saladillo AFC's Tobias Eneas made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ciriaco Figueroa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arturo Oidor might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ciriaco Figueroa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arturo Oidor ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Hipolito Eriz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mukaku FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hipolito Eriz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabio Estevon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hipolito Eriz struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Fabio Estevon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mukaku FC.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arturo Oidor to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Arturo Oidor managed to get in a good position for a shot.
