With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jairo Paul in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gregorio Salomone saved Rama FC from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Jairo Paul put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gregorio Salomone. The supporters of Rama FC booed when Latorre Fútbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Paul didn't get a good kick on the ball. Latorre Fútbol Club's Nicolas Fernendo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Padro in the 18th minute of play. Cornelio Francis charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cornelio Francis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rama FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 19th minute. Penalty! Natalio Tono fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregorio Salomone having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Jairo Paul got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jairo Paul could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Gregorio Salomone made a huge save. Domingo Quentin was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 37 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute, Domingo Quentin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience held their breath when Braulio Maureo in the 40th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Nicolas Fernendo's left hand side. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rama FC's goalkeeper Gregorio Salomone, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jairo Paul received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Gregorio Salomone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

If Jairo Paul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Paul in the 55th minute of play forced Rama FC's goalkeeper Gregorio Salomone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodrigo Edur during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rodrigo Edur hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Placido Eate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregorio Salomone having to interfere. Placido Eate kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jairo Paul in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gregorio Salomone prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jairo Paul's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gregorio Salomone read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Placido Eate managed to get in a good position for a shot. Latorre Fútbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Placido Eate was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gregorio Salomone breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 79th minute, Jairo Paul ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gregorio Salomone was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Lázaro Berriotxoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Fernendo having to interfere. Gregorio Salomone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Paul in the 85th minute of the match. Placido Eate recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 90 minutes, Rodrigo Edur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Latorre Fútbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodrigo Edur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Rodrigo Edur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
